Yesterday we headed to Lake Martin with some 2Cities folks for a 24 hour getaway. Some friends of ours have a house they let us use (with around 6 bedrooms!!), so we all fit quite comfortably. We had the best time riding on the boat, tubing, jet skiing, swimming, eating, and even catching frogs (bet you can't guess who that involved)!!
What a fun way to end the summer!!
And so tonight the boys and I stayed home from church to get to bed early for...the 1st day of school tomorrow!! I can't believe it's already here!
