it can't get much better than this...gingerbread housing with Aunt LeeAnne!
gingerbread house complete, but my favorite is listening to these two discuss animals. :)
wrapping presents that the boys picked out for each other at the dollar store...with the help of Grandma. :)
the perfect lunch for a starving mom...grilled cheese sandwich (3 different kinds of cheese!) and a Caesar salad...thanks to my sweet mom for making it for me! I could have eaten 6!! :)
Christmas movie and popcorn for the boys + grandma in town = a much needed date night for us!!
Aunt LeeAnne needs to come more often...breakfast in bed made by my boys (and a lot of help from her) :)
...we are officially on our own. Aunt LeeAnne was in town for a few days, and Grandma has been here since the week before Molly was born. Today they both left. We are a little bit in mourning and wondering how we can survive without them. It, of course, won't be as fun around here but hoping we can get back into a good routine. I'm definitely feeling a bit overwhelmed with the task of being mommy to 6 kids, keeping the house from falling apart, and making sure everyone is fed.
Thankfully, His mercies are new every morning.
Day one. quiet afternoon so far...homework and coloring. Oliver is sleeping, and Molly is eating. We just may survive the day!!
