Olympic field day

Today was Olympic Field day at Eastwood. They purposefully put siblings together on the same team, so Hud and Henry were both Cretans. This was Henry's first year to participate, and I think he had a lot of fun! They both did.

My favorite part of the day was watching Henry, during a race where part of the obstacle  course, he had to crawl under some ropes. Mrs. Stokes, who was the coach of the Cretans, knows my Henry so well...to encourage him to go faster, she called out, "Crawl like a hamster! Crawl like a hamster!!"  So made me smile.

After the end of the games, we took the boys to Chappy's for lunch. Such a fun morning!!
