The play was amazing, and the boys did great during all 3 hours of the play!!
I was originally planning on taking just the older two, while Brian stayed home with the others. However, once they heard about it, they of course were determined to come. So after Oliver went down for the night, Brian had some guys from 2Cities over, while we were enjoying the play. "Mazel tov!!"
We even stopped by Nancy's italian ice on the way home for a sugary snack right before bed. :) We actually just went through the drive-thru because poor Jake immediately fell asleep once we got in the car. Still chipping away at some gift cards sweet Jordan gave us for Christmas. :)
And wouldn't you know a 10 pm bedtime did not deter them at all from waking up before 7 this morning, full of energy and ready to go??? Even cartoons couldn't settle them down. :) I still haven't figured out why all Saturdays are like this!!??!! Our date night, however, was totally worth it.
